Nikmati kemudahan Perkhidmatan Penghantaran Motorsikal Door-to-Door yang lebih mudah, selamat dan dipercayai. Pihak kurier akan mengambil motosikal terus dari premis penghantar dan menghantarnya terus ke premis penerima tanpa perlu dihantar ke cawangan.
Perkhidmatan ini dikendalikan oleh rakan kurier domestik yang dilantik, bergantung kepada kawasan liputan penghantaran.
Cara Membuat Tempahan
Langkah 1
Log masuk ke sistem dan buat tempahan penghantaran.
Langkah 2
Buat pembayaran melalui Pindahan Bank (Bank Transfer).
Langkah 3
Motosikal akan diambil di premis penghantar dalam tempoh 1 hari bekerja selepas pembayaran disahkan.
Langkah 4
Motosikal akan dihantar ke premis penerima dalam tempoh 2 hingga 3 hari bekerja, bergantung kepada lokasi penghantaran.
Nota Penting
- Kunci motosikal tidak digalakkan dihantar bersama motosikal. Sila simpan sendiri untuk tujuan keselamatan.
- Cermin sisi kiri dan kanan hendaklah ditanggalkan sebelum penghantaran bagi mengelakkan risiko kerosakan semasa transit.
- Perkhidmatan pembungkusan (wrapping) motosikal disediakan dengan caj tambahan. Pembungkusan adalah pilihan dan bergantung kepada keperluan pelanggan.
- Pastikan motosikal berada dalam keadaan baik dan tiada barangan peribadi disimpan di dalam ruang simpanan motosikal sebelum proses penghantaran.
